JoAnne or Jo as her friends call her, is a breath of fresh air. She has been with us for 3 years spreading joy and creativity with her sweet disposition. Patients love the frames that she chooses for them. They appreciate the wealth of knowledge that she shares in adapting their prescriptions for optimal use. Customer service is very important to Jo and it really shows in the way that she helps our patients.
Always smiling, cheerful and honest with her opinions, Jo ensures that our patients leave happy :)
When she isn’t working, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at home and coming up with new, creative ways to make memories. We have seen some of her family photoshoots and they are EPIC!
